How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 days (Monday to Sunday).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery is typically 5–7 days (Monday to Saturday) within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—shipping is free on all orders, no minimum required.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We email tracking after your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking within 4 days of ordering, contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I cancel my order?

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it free of charge. If it has shipped, please wait for delivery and then start a return.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and there are no restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
